Completed flake-coated commercial warehouse floor by IronRock

A floor that belongs
in the operation.

A warehouse, customer-facing space and working shop do not ask the same things of a floor. Appearance matters, but so do equipment, cleaning, wet areas and the time available to complete the work.

Our commercial gallery includes real IronRock flake and metallic projects. Use those images to discuss the visual direction; performance requirements must be checked against the specific proposed system.

Three things to establish early.

The operating conditions

Describe pedestrian and vehicle traffic, carts or equipment, cleaners, oils and wet areas. Share any written specification so the proposed products can be checked against it.

The starting surface

Existing coatings, contamination, cracks, joints, moisture history, drains and edges affect preparation. The scope starts with the actual slab.

The access window

Tell us when the area can close, whether work needs phases and when operations must resume. Cure and return-to-use requirements are part of the plan.

Choose the system.
Define the whole scope.

Flake offers a decorative textured direction; metallic epoxy brings flowing colour to feature spaces. Polishing works with the slab itself, while recolouring and sealing can refresh suitable existing concrete.

The written scope should identify preparation, repairs, finish, edges, access and timing. Specific chemical, slip or other performance requirements need product evidence; an attractive project photo alone cannot establish those properties.

Before you choose.

Can you work around an occupied business?

Tell us the operating hours, access limits and whether areas can be isolated. We assess what phasing may be practical before confirming a schedule; suitability depends on the site and selected work.

What should we send with the enquiry?

Include the site location, intended use, approximate area if known, existing floor condition and preferred timing. Share project specifications or access requirements during the follow-up. The first enquiry does not book work.
