The finish you see depends on the surface underneath it. We assess existing coatings, contamination, cracks, moisture considerations and the way the area will be used before recommending a system.

We discuss the look, inspect the surface and establish the preparation, repairs and coating scope. You know what is included before work starts.
02 · Prepare & install
Mechanical preparation and repairs are matched to the slab and selected products. The coating and finish are installed to the agreed scope and manufacturer requirements.
03 · Walk through & care
We review the finished work, explain cleaning and provide return-to-use guidance for your installed system. Foot traffic and vehicle use may have different cure requirements.

Where can flake flooring be used?
Garages, workshops and suitable commercial spaces are common applications. We check the concrete, moisture, traffic, cleaning and exposure before choosing the complete coating system.
How do I choose a flake colour?
Start with our flake colour options and finished project photographs. We can narrow the blend to suit your walls, cabinetry, vehicles or workspace. Samples and real floors can look different under different lighting.
What makes one flake quote different from another?
Surface preparation, coating removal, repairs, product layers, topcoat, edges and stem walls all affect the scope. We explain what your proposed system includes so you can compare the whole job.
Can an old coating be replaced?
We assess the existing coating, adhesion and concrete condition first. The amount of removal and preparation is confirmed in the scope.
When can I park or move back in?
Installation and cure time depend on the chosen system, repairs and site conditions. We provide separate return-to-use guidance for foot traffic and vehicles where needed.
Will it still need cleaning?
Yes. Appropriate cleaning and care help maintain the finish. We discuss the balance between texture, wet-area grip and ease of cleaning; no floor is slip-proof.
